I hope you and your Dad are well. I'm just wondering if you want to set up a time for that final coat that you mentioned the last time you where here to inspect our stairs? You mentioned you would like to do it sometime before Christmas. We are really enjoying them and we get many compliments on how nice they look.

Hi Rafaela & Maria:

Maria was kind enough to call me Friday to inform me that my entire order for the metal pickets, decorator pieces and shoes were all in and ready for pick up.

I delivered them right away to the company involved in making and installing my oak staircase and upper railings - they were very impressed when we opened the boxes to check out the pieces and they asked me who had supplied the beautiful parts. I was quite pleased about this because they seemed unable to locate what you had helped me find!

Thank you ever so much for your continued persistence in helping me find the perfect parts from the catalogue in your office and the quick delivery. I am looking forward to sending you a picture of the whole installation after it is done next week, followed by a complete room picture once the contractor is done creating my new room - I am sure it will be stunning!

Coming in on holidays, erecting the temporary railing ahead of time and always keeping the lines of communication open are just a couple examples of how your service has exceeded any other contractor we have dealt with, ever.
